  • 3-4 Hour in Person / Virtual Meeting with us that includes:

    • Discussion / Discovery of your Career (and Academic background, if applicable) Goals, Challenges, Concerns, etc.
    • Review of Psychometric Testing Results (informative not determinative)
    • Review of Current and Previous Work Roles / Positions
    • Career Path Review – Focus Going Forward
    • Discussion of further / future academic / professional training
    • CV Guidance
    • Interview Preparation (if relevant)
    • Creation of actionable career plan

How we Work Together

The Care Insights Program begins with a focus on the Career Client learning about themselves. The first step in the process is an in-depth discussion about their interests, any goals they may have, an academic overview, work history review if relevant and psychometric testing. Psychometric testing results do not determine any outcome, they are just one piece of data. Humans are all unique – Career Insights approaches all of our clients seeking to understand and learn about them. After a complete assessment has been completed, a broad review of the specific challenges and opportunities in play ensues. As career adults proceed through the Adult Career Insights Process they tend to demonstrate heightened self-awareness and clarity regarding their careers. Career Insights will never make decisions for clients. Our goal is to help our clients better understand themselves, identify opportunities to progress their careers and ameliorate any behaviors that may be slowing the down. We are her to facilitate the process, support and encourage our clients. We are invested in their long-term success.
