  • Career Insights focuses on your reasons for connecting with us.
  • A recognition that every student has different challenges and goals.
  • Our engagement begins with a focus on understanding our client.
  • We ask you to complete a client information form to help us understand you.
  • We encourage students to complete a valid career focused psychometric test which will identify motivations, interests, strengths and some suggested potential career paths.
  • We will then have an in-depth conversation in person or virtually to round out our understanding of you and your goals etc.
  • We will review your psychometric test results together. Your psychometric test results are informative not determinative. Neither good nor bad. Your test results make up only a part of the puzzle. They do not define you – they are merely helpful indicators for us to take into account, as we create your academic / career plan.
  • Career Insights will then work with you to identify an actionable academic / career plan to help you achieve your goals. It is important that the plan is meaningful, specific to you and actionable. We build and individualized plan including specific goals and timelines that is sent to parents and student.
  • We will follow up with you after our engagement to see how you are doing and to answer any questions you may have. We are invested in your success.
