Career Insights begins their engagement with students by meeting with them and their parents, utilization of background information provided, student grades, current course selection and psychometric tests, to help students identify their academic and career goals.
For students preparing for the leaving certificate, we help them develop a clear sense of their academic strengths, academic focus, third level choices and career goals. We walk our clients through their CAO application, lowering all stakeholders stress levels during a tumultuous time!
Our student career assessment process leverages hands on doctoral research, professional experience across multiple industries and years of corporate coaching experience, to help secondary students navigate and prepare for the academic and professional opportunities ahead of them.
For Transition year students, we guide them when deciding which leaving certificate courses to take in 5th & 6th Year. In addition, we help parents plan and prepare for a successful transition year for students entering 4th year.
