The Career Insights Program for Third Level Students

The Career Insights Program for Third Level Students

  • Video call with us to identify your goals / why you are connecting with us
  • Complete online career focused psychometric testing
  • Email us your completed new client form that includes your recent courses / academic results, anticipated course selection, career aspirations & reasons for engaging with us

  • 3-4 Hour in Person / Virtual Meeting with us that includes:

    • Discussion / Discovery of your Academic / Career Goals, Challenges, Concerns, etc.
    • Review of Psychometric Testing Results (informative not determinative)
    • Broad Career Goals Review – Focus Going Forward
    • Review of Third Level Academic Results
    • Discussion of Potential Further Education / Professional Studies
    • Review of Current and or Previous Work Experience
    • CV Guidance
    • Interview Preparation (if relevant)
    • Creation of actionable career plan
    • Follow up call/correspondence

How we Work Together

Graduate clients begin the Insights Coaching Program by focusing on themselves. The first step in the process is an in-depth discussion about their interests, any goals they may have, an academic overview, work history review if relevant and psychometric testing. Psychometric testing results do not determine any outcome, they are just one additional piece of data.

After a complete assessment has been completed, we review the specific challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for our graduate clients.  As our graduate clients proceed through the Career Insights program, they tend to demonstrate heightened self-awareness and clarity regarding their future career plans. Career Insights never makes decisions for our clients. Our goal is to help our clients better understand themselves, identify professional opportunities, in order to launch successful careers.  We are here to facilitate a career guidance process, to support and encourage our clients. We are invested in their long-term success.
